The first London Animation Club at the new venue (the Green Man, Fitzrovia on Thursday 19th August) was a stunning success and was by far the best one since the legendary November 2009 event. Thank you for everyone's support and for all the favourable remarks about the new location and facilities. We had around thirty guests during the course of the evening, including an eight-strong team from Karrot Animation. Karrot gave the two 8mm cameras I was giving away a new home where they can be enjoyed by other filmmakers. We also had an improvised screening of work that people brought with them. |
